TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival & Coastal Introduction
Arrival: Land at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Negombo.
Highlights: Visit the Lellama Fish Market to see traditional fishing life. Relax by the beach after your flight.
Stay: Negombo.
Day 2: Colombo’s Colonial Layers
Tour: Head to Colombo for a city tour. Visit Independence Square, the Gangaramaya Temple, and the historic Dutch Hospital.
Stay: Colombo.
Day 3: The Birth of Buddhism
Transfer: Drive north to Anuradhapura (approx. 4 hours).
Highlights: Visit Mihintale Rock, considered the cradle of Buddhism in Sri Lanka.
Stay: Anuradhapura.
Day 4: Ancient Ruins of Anuradhapura
Ruins: Explore the UNESCO-listed ancient city, including the Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi (the world’s oldest documented tree) and
massive stupas like Ruwanwelisaya.

Day 5: The Eighth Wonder – Sigiriya
Transfer: Move to the Sigiriya area.
